For more than 30 years as an educator and leader, I’ve been on a mission to create purpose-driven impact and foster environments where people, organizations, and communities thrive. At WellVenture, I equip leaders with the knowledge, skills, and insights to fulfill purpose and goals through authentic accountability while also prioritizing the meaningful engagement of people.

Using relevant content and experiential learning, I’ve taught tens of thousands of people in a variety of settings, from classrooms and boardrooms to ballrooms and the backcountry, in the U.S. and internationally. Whether I’m coaching individuals from a local nonprofit, or facilitating programs for Fortune 500 leaders, I am passionate about engaging people in the learning and development process.
