Coaching

Be guided to explore possibilities, define desired outcomes, address challenges, and take informed action steps. Accountability practices will support you to engage new knowledge, insights, and skills in your leadership role and beyond.

  • Coaching services are offered for individuals as well as teams. Coaches working with WellVenture are certified through programs accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

    The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, performance, and leadership.

    The WellVenture approach to coaching supports clients to develop targeted leadership competencies in the context of real work.

    Each session begins with an agreement to define what the client wants to focus on and accomplish by the end of the session. The coach then uses a variety of techniques and tools to help the client achieve the desired outcomes.

    Tools may include active listening, questioning, shifting perspectives, breaking down obstacles, goal setting, skill development, sharing specific content or expertise, problem solving, accountability, and support, depending on the client’s objectives. The session ends by creating clarity about key discoveries and identifying action steps.

Facilitation

We also partner with Learning and Development and HR professionals to design and facilitate customized leadership development programs to meet their employees’ targeted needs.

  • If you work with WellVenture, you will work with Andrea Delorey, the Founder and CEO. Depending on the focus and scope of the work, Andrea will bring together the right team of people to provide relevant expertise and effectively deliver the services to meet your needs.

  • Leadership development programs focus on developing key competencies to build authentic accountability, lead through challenges, and achieve results. Examples of competencies include creating clarity, leading with emotional intelligence, navigating conflict and tensions, providing feedback, and managing change. Programs are customized to meet your specific needs.

  • Yes! Retreats can be an extremely effective way for teams to learn collaboratively, make progress on key foundational work, and navigate challenges together. Utilizing an external facilitator is an effective way to make space for diverse perspectives and ensure accountability for the goals of the retreat.

  • Using the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-360 assessments, WellVenture facilitates coaching sessions and workshops to help individuals and teams develop emotional intelligence skills. This is a core area of leadership development that results in lasting impact.

  • Absolutely! Leadership development programs can be combined with coaching and consulting services for maximum impact. WellVenture is always happy to develop the right combination of services to truly meet clients’ needs.

  • Consulting and coaching sessions can take place via Zoom, on the phone, or in-person.

  • While WellVenture is based in Colorado, Andrea and any other team members can work remotely or travel to facilitate in-person programming, coaching, and consulting anywhere in the U.S. and the world. Travel expenses are covered by the client.

  • The cost of services varies depending on the type and scope of the work, and depending on the number of people needed to deliver the services.   • Yes! We love to work with leaders from nonprofit and public sector organizations! A discount will be offered based on the specifics of your situation and services needed.

  • WellVenture works with busy people who sometimes have urgent situations that lead to the need for cancellation of a scheduled session. If you need to cancel a session, please give at least 24 hours notice, and reschedule the session for a time within 5 business days if at all possible.

    If you must cancel with fewer than 24 hours notice on more than one occasion, you will incur a service charge as specified in your service agreement, typically equal to the cost of one session.

    The cancellation policy for leadership development programs typically requires notice at least 30 days in advance in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Details are provided in your service agreement.
